Trimix Fills
At The Scuba Doctor we has just made trimix fills cheaper with
another innovative idea for regular trimix divers.
How it works.
Scuba doctor buys 1 x “g” size cylinder (10,000LTS) of high purity helium for our price, currently $290. Scuba doctor charges you for that $290 plus GST = $319 this = 3.19 cents per litter.
12 months rental for the cylinder is also charged at $15.81 per month = $189.72. This fee is only payable once per annum regardless of the number of full cylinders purchased through the year. The cylinder is stored at Scuba Doctor.
Standard prices air and O² are added along with a $25 blending fee.
EXAMPLE:-
The sample mixing sheet shown, details how much helium is used at each fill allowing us to keep an accurate record of you helium use. When you have used all or most of your helium simply pay for another cylinder at $319.
Your cost for the fill shown on the sample sheet would be:-
2525LTS Helium at 3.19 cents per LT = $75.75 Already paid for when you purchase the cylinder.
Therefore your costs are
$18.33 for O²
$5.00 for Air
$25.00 Blending fee
$4.83 GST
Total $53.16
Even when you add the $75.75 for helium your total cost is $177.24 compared with the sample cost of $247.40 a saving of $70.16.
Also avoided are the costs of decanting whips, cylinder storage and compressors at home.
