Dual Cylinder Band Kit for standard 10 or 12lt twin cylinders with cylinder diameter 172mm and a standard manifold with a centre line axis distance of 185mm.
The width of the spacer in this case is determined through the measure of the manifold. 1,25mm V4A, Width 62mm

Threaded rods, nuts and washers are supplied with each band kit so that you can use a single or multiple backplates.

The tank bands are laser-cut and the parts are, before welded under a shield of inert gas, they were prestressed to the expected measures.
V4tec Bands fit very precisely. The weld seam is achieved in the progression of the band, intended by the expectation not to affect the flexibility and the gripping quallity of the tank band. An optimised-outline shape in comparison to other brands, a "notch" before the spacer attain a concentration of force-lines at the core of the band. The improved flux of force is able to dispense properly the shear and tractiv force during the useage of your gear.

Simply put, there are tougher and stiffer than most commercially available units on the market today due to the use of thicker gage sheet metal. Rigidity is further enhanced by the addition of a 5mm thick structural plate in the welded sections.

The recommended manifold clearance (valves� center to center distance) is 172mm +/- 3mm.
