Port Plugs and Dust Caps
We carry an assortment of Replacement Port Plugs and Dust Caps for SCUBA Regulators which are interchangeable and compatible regardless of brand.
We offer 3 sizes of port plugs... but most regulators only have 2 size plugs on their first stages. Port plugs can be either a high pressure (HP) port plug or a low pressure (LP) port plug.
The most common size port plug for LP ports (BC inflator hoses, Regulator hoses) is the 3/8" size. This size is used on most brands of regulator made around the world. A few brands of first stages have a larger size low pressure port that is 1/2-inch, notably some older Apex and Aqualung models.
The most common size port plug for the HP ports (SPG, air integrated computers, transmitters) is the 7/16" size. There are a few unique regulators available that use a larger size high pressure port size of 1/2". This 1/2" size is not common and are usually found on Apeks, Mares and old Dacor regulators.
The LP 3/8" port plugs use the 4mm Hex key.
The HP 7/16" port plugs use the 5mm Hex key.
The HP 1/2" port plugs use the 5mm Hex key.

You can request a one-on-one booking with us for a "Bespoke Scuba Fitting" appointment from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays (except Tuesday), and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekends and public holidays. Yes, even outside of regular dive shop hours to ensure full personalised and private attention. (When booking, please give us an outline of your needs and budget, plus a few appointment times that suit you. This is so we can make sure we can have the right scuba professional available.)
We'll help you to find the scuba equipment to fit you, plus your needs and budget, from our comprehensive product range. We'll offer advise on how to add the right accessories. We'll customise standard offerings to make them better suit your diving goals and experience. You get a tailor made solution!

Terms and Conditions
- Bespoke Scuba Fitting Service appointments are only available if the equipment purchased will be more than a $1,000 package.
- Appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays (except Tuesday), and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekends and public holidays.
- If the package is purchased at the end of the session, the session is free.
- If the package is not purchased at the end of the session, a $50 fee is payable. The fee is refundable if you purchase the package within four weeks of the session.
- The session can be in relation to scuba equipment, underwater photography and video gear, or any other combination of diving products.
