International Shipping Extra Payment

Extra Payment for International Shipping

Please use this option to pay the extra shipping charges for International shipping. You should have already e-mailed (diveshop@scubadoctor.com.au) or called us (+61 3 5985 1700) to obtain your additional shipping charges. We will have advised to to select this option to easily pay the extra for International shipping and been told how much extra to pay.

You will have been told how many Australian dollars extra you need to pay. Each unit here is valued at A$1. Please enter the dollar amount as the 'Add to Cart' quantity.

Extra Payment with Original Order
If you are adding this shipping option with your original order then please proceed as follows:

• Enter the dollar value we've given you as the 'Add to Cart' quantity, then click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
• Proceed to 'Checkout'. You'll be creating a new order for your items plus the extra shipping payment.
• In the 'Comments', please let us know that you've already contacted us and been given the extra International shipping payment.
• Please select the appropriate shipping method so that the standard shipping costs will be added to your order.

Extra Payment as New Order
If you have already processed your original order (checked out and paid), but been advised by us that an extra payment is required, then please proceed as follows:

• Enter the dollar value we've given you as the 'Add to Cart' quantity, then click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
• Proceed to 'Checkout'. You'll be creating a new order for just the extra shipping payment.
• In the 'Comments', please give us the order number for your original order that this extra shipping payment is related to.
• Please select 'Store Pickup (Walk In)' as the shipping method so that the standard shipping costs won't be added again.
