The IST Proline Webbing Weight Belt with Plastic Buckle is a great budget solution. The 1.5 metre long and 50 mm (2 inch) wide webbing is manufactured from a very hard wearing, high grade nylon for extra long life. It features a reliable, marine grade, quick release UV Resistant Polymer Plastic Buckle.
The IST Proline Weight Belt Webbing with Plastic Buckle is ideal for scuba diving, freediving, spearfishing and snorkelling, plus is ideally priced for divers on a budget.
You like the independent use of a weight belt over weight integrated BCDs because it allows you to use weight when freediving, spearfishing or snorkeling and is thus more versatile. Or maybe you already have a weight belt and prefer having pre-strung belts for various dive situations, or like having a spare. This traditional 2 inch (5 cm) wide nylon webbing weight belt with corrosive resistant, marine grade, latch-style, plastic buckle is what you need.
You can turn this simple weight belt into a pocket weight belt using Dolphin Tech BCD 2 kg Weight Pockets. Then you have an easy way to adjust the weight you need to keep neutral buoyancy.

Threading a 3-Slot Quick-Release Belt Buckle
Starting from the front of the metal buckle, thread the left waist strap through the larger end slot of the buckle. Position the buckle approximately 45 cm (18 inches) of webbing length from the plate left waist slot. Then thread the webbing from the back through the centre slot and through the front of the inner most slot. Then thread the webbing through the back of the larger end slot so there are two thicknesses of webbing through one slot and pull the weave tight.
