Suunto Battery Change for Zoop Vyper Novo Dive Computers

Send to us, or drop in to the Service and Repair Centre, your Suunto Zoop Novo or Suunto Vyper Novo dive computer and we can change the battery. Then we'll post it back to you, or you can pick it up at the dive shop.

While these Suunto dive computers have a user changeable battery, the replacement battery kits for them are often not available. These models include:

  • Suunto Zoop Novo (not the Zoop)
  • Suunto Viper Novo (not the Viper)

We can help you to have the battery replaced on these dive computers using genuine Suunto factory components. Scuba Doctor Service and Repairs is a Suunto Authorised Level 1 Service Centre.

Dive computers are constantly monitoring your depth and using their decompression algorithms to calculate your non-decompression dive limits so it's essential that your computer has plenty of battery power to monitor your entire dive trip. The O-rings and lubricants used to seal your dive computer also need to be changed regularly to prevent flooding. This is done by us when the battery is replaced.

We always advise getting your Transmitter Battery changed at the same time as your dive computer, that way you know you are all ready to go for your next dive trip!

How to use this Battery Change Service Request

Step 1. Choose the Battery Change Service Pack for your dive computer.
Step 2. Download and print off this form by clicking here, and make sure that you complete all of the contact information, i.e. billing address, delivery address, phone numbers and email address, so that we know where to send your computer when completed and can contact you should there be any delays.
Step 3. Print out a copy of your order confirmation and send it along with your dive computer to:

Please ensure that you use a recorded and insured method of postage when sending in your dive computer. We accept no responsibility for loss as a result of your computer not arriving with us.
Step 4. Sit back and wait for us to change your battery and send your computer back to you. We'll drop you an email when we dispatch it so you'll know when to look out for it.

Please don't add any other items to your basket. If you would like to purchase goods please place a separate order as your items won't be shipped until your dive computer is ready to be sent back to you.
