PADI Advanced Open Water Diver: The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course takes your diving to the next level by advancing your skills and introducing you to a sample of 5 diving specialties - The PADI Advanced Open Water course is like a tasting menu of all the best the world of Scuba Diving has to offer!

 

With this 1-on-1 course option, you get to work closely with your instructor, on a course scheduled to meet your availability. 

There are many options including the core dives of Deep and Underwater Navigation. These include Digital Underwater Photography, Dive Against Debris, Dry Suit, Enriched Air Nitrox, Fish Identification, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Underwater Naturalist, Underwater Navigation, Night ($110.00 extra) and Wreck Diver ($190.00 extra).

Take This Course If You Want to

• Have fun while gaining diving experience
• Improve skills like navigation and buoyancy while increasing your maximum depth
• Be introduced to different types of diving like naturalist diving, search & recovery diving and night diving.

You will learn how to

• Dive deeper than 18m/60ft
• Improve your buoyancy
• Use a compass

The PADI Advanced Open Water Course always includes at least one Deep recreational dive, which is a dive in the range between 18 and 30 metres and an Underwater Navigation Dive.

Your instructor will help you choose from the following specialty dives on your PADI Advanced Open Water course with the Scuba Doctor:

• Dive Against Debris
• Fish Identification
• Wreck

• Peak Performance Buoyancy
• Digital Underwater Imaging
• Search & Recovery
• Underwater Naturalist
• Night ($110.00 extra)
• Wreck ($190.00 extra)

As an added bonus, each specialty dive may be credited toward the relevant PADI specialty certification. For example, if you try an Night dive during your Advanced Open Water Diver course and like it, you'll already have one of the two dives required for the PADI Night Diver certification.
