Dive Perfect Stubby LED-1000 Dive Light - 1000LM

Excellent torch for my needs, which is basically recreational night and low visibility diving. It's affordable, bright, robust and easy to handle. You do need both hands to turn on and off but that's probably the trade-off for robustness....

Sea & Sea YS-03 Solis Underwater TTL Strobe Package

I needed a replacement strobe for my Olympus TG-4 camera. I wanted a simple to use slave strobe that is light to handle, reliable and robust. Given you also need a fibre cable and can never have enough flex arms, the bundle was also attractive. The base lets the package down slightly, but its functional and I tend to prefer to customise my own anyway. I've probably done 20 dives so far and no misfires. This meets my needs perfectly. Some sample shots.

Dive Perfect 2nd Stage Regulator / Octopus

I bought this product recently and very happy with the way it breathes. It has a pre-dive switch and breathing inhalation adjustment knob which you don't usually get on anything near this price. Dived with it in 11 degree C water in early July and used it as my primary regulator. I was surprised how flexible the hose is even under pressure which helps with hose routing. I will shortly buy another one to replace my occy....

Probe iDry 7mm Quick-Dry Semi-Dry Suit (Back Zip)

Amazing! It is not easy for me to find a wetsuit that fits properly. I am slim but have wide hips so normally end up with air pockets under my arms and with cuffs that are too big.

I tried several brands and models. I have to admit that the Cressi Atlantis fitted well but I just could not cope with the pain of putting my head through the suit.
Almost with no hope and with blisters all over my hands from trying wetsuits on lol I finally found the Probe iDry!

So easy to put on and take off, it is extremely flexible and soft so no more blisters :)

I was also worried about being cold but I was warm and very comfortable, it was so easy to move around, I did not notice that I was wearing a 7 mm wetsuit at all.
Oh and yes it dries very quick! It is like magic so no more cold suits for your second or third dive :)

Love the product!...

IST Proline Gauge Reader Mask - Bifocal +1.75

Ahoy, dropped in for a fill and picked up a set. 1st impression is that these are split glass lenses. The lower '1.75' dioptre focal is on a 10 degree angle to the top 3/4 of the lens. I thought at first this maybe a potential first place to chip.
After 3 dives over 40m they worked as advertised. Pro's: In stock and they will fit most faces - I have a mashed nose so 90% of low volume masks do not fit me - this does. Con's: I don't like the thin soft lower skirt. It could have been my fiddling at 38m with an unfamiliar mask but it is uncommonly soft. It might work well with the hair bearded ladies. :) They do the job well. Recommended for the weak of eyes who need that little boost to focus at the forearm....

Cressi Leonardo Dive Computer - Nitrox Wrist

The Cressi Leonardo was awarded Scuba Diving ScubaLab Best Buy 2014. As they said...
You might not expect a one-gas computer with basic features to distinguish itself in a shootout with feature-rich models costing several times as much. But test divers found that the Leonardo delivers on its promise of easy-to-use fundamentals aimed at new divers, or those who "just want to dive" — and it does so at a very reasonable price. The Leonardo was our Best Buy in its category....
