Rear Inflation BCDs
A Rear or Back inflation BCD is more streamlined and in most cases more comfortable than your jacket/vest type BCDs. Let us help you decide which one is for you!
We prefer Rear Inflation BCDs over Jacket BCDs because we think they provide a better solution, especially for those who regularly do both recreational and technical diving. The rear/back bladder of rear inflation BCDs make them a crossover between a full-jacket style BCD and the harness and wing style BCD most often used by technical divers. With rear inflation jacket BCDs, divers used to a recreational jacket style BCD can get closer to the added benefits of better trim and stability a rear inflation harness and wing BCD provides.

The marks come from numerous sources including commercial operators, independent dive clubs, reference works, and active divers. Some are known to be accurate, while others may not be. Some GPS marks may even have come from maps using the AGD66 datum, and thus may need be converted to the WGS84 datum. To distinguish between the possible accuracy of the dive site marks, we've tried to give each mark a source of GPS, Google Earth, or unknown.
