The Great Victorian Fish Count

December 1st-17th December 2006


Get to know your fellow Victorians.....the fishy ones!

From Cape Conran to Port Phillip Bay and on to Portland, divers and snorkelers are getting ready to count fish.

National Coastcare Week: Marine Seminar Series, Thursday November 30, 6:30- 9pm Barwon Heads,

You are invited to participate in an exciting event focussing on Victoria's marine environment. Come along and find out what sort of activities are taking place on the coast. You may be an active diver, snorkeller or never put your toe in the water - don't worry, there is something for everyone.

Please make sure you RSVP to ensure there is plenty of yummy food available.

These insights are often unheard but are vitally important in maintaining healthy marine ecosystems around our state
