Diving the Prom

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone had any info about shore diving Wilson's Prom? Where to go? What to look out for? Where to get air?
Any info would be gratefully received.

look for a book called "Down Under at the Prom" - has a list of every shore dive and boat dive at Wilsons there is !
