This Sonar Air-Spool / Swivel Spool with Standard O-Rings and Standard Shoulder Design, and chrome plated brass construction, is typically required as a swivel between your high pressure (HP) hose and surface pressure gauge (SPG), or your air integrated console dive computer.
It's also typically used with the Alpha AHA-5 adaptor to fit a computer transducer with a 15 cm (6 inch) long high pressure hose to a high pressure port on your first stage regulator. Technical divers often use this air spool when connecting an SPG on a short 15 cm (6 inch) long high pressure hose to their stage/pony cylinder first stage regulator.
This air-spool is made from Brass with a Chrome Plated Finish and comes with two standard O-Rings. This air spool should not be used with Enriched Air Nitrox (EAN). It's standard shoulder enables it to be used with a Surface Pressure Gauge that requires an airspool with a centre bushing.
